Coordinates are useful for weather matching and modelling. They are retained in the private record and are not shown on the public certificate.

Date consistency is checked before submission. For example, a 2026 harvest season cannot contain a 2027 R-Leaf application. For crops spanning two calendar years, an application in the year before harvest is allowed.

Applications must be entered in chronological order. If you enter Application 2 or 3, both its date and dose are required.

Harvest / expected harvest cannot be before an R-Leaf application, and its year should match the season / harvest year above. The final modelling route can use weather across the relevant crop period, not only the application and harvest dates.

6. Supporting evidenceInvoice, delivery note or batch-label evidence

Optional but useful. Up to 3 PDF/JPG/PNG files. Your server currently reports a maximum upload size of 1 GB. If an upload causes a submission problem, submit the record first without files and add the evidence afterwards. Do not upload documents containing information you do not want Crop Intellect to process for this record.
